Yes, we build pools all year round. Our favorite time to build is fall- early spring. This keeps us our of your backyard when your kids are home for summer break.
Yes, we have been a fully operational pool builder serving the Lowcountry since 2014.
Our Office is licensed in Hardeeville, SC and we get a businesses license for other towns/ countries only if and when we have contracted project in that town or county.
We originally operated under the name Integrity Shotcrete, but we found that the name sometimes caused confusion for clients about the full scope of services we provided. As our company continued to grow, we decided to change our name to Integrity Pools Plus, which better represents everything we offer—from custom pool construction and shotcrete to renovations, finishes, and complete pool projects.
Yes, we do! Over the years of working with everyday homeowners and banks we know payments is the best way to go. Our normal payment schedule*:
After the final payment is made does not mean you can dive into your pool. You will have 30days of plaster cure time. (it wont look like the photos until 30 day after plaster!)
*We are willing to work with your bank if they require a bit of a different schedule.
Yes and no.
We take care of the county or town permits and inspections and can also help provide some of the information needed for the ARB/HOA approval process.
However, the ARB/HOA will typically require information that we may not have access to, such as landscaping plans, specific plant selections, fencing details, and other property-specific requirements. Those items are ultimately the homeowner’s responsibility.
We’re happy to help point you in the right direction and recommend trusted local companies that can assist with landscaping, fencing, and other services you may need. However, those services are not something we provide directly.
Absolutely! We have a list of referrals for all our future clients to look over and call. We have a variety of folks on this list. Clients that are local to the Lowcountry, clients for all over the US (yes, We travel and build pools all over the USA), Vendors we use, Subcontractor, other builders, etc.
We also have photos we can supply of past projects from start to finish and a few of our local clients have offered to give future clients a tour of there back yard (with enough notice)
Yes and no. What we do not warranty we make sure it has factory warranty for your convenience.
We cover structural warranties, like the pool shell itself. We do not warranty that the plaster will be perfect and beautiful forever or your pool pump will be indestructible. The items with were and tear like the EQ will come with the standard manufacture warranty.
In the Lowcountry and along the East Coast, we primarily use the Hayward brand. Hayward is the local industry standard, which makes it the easiest option for you to have serviced and maintained by pool professionals in your area.
In other parts of the U.S., we commonly use Pentair, Jandy, and Hayward. The best choice often depends on which brands the local pool service companies are trained and equipped to service.
The last thing we want to do is install pool equipment that no one in your area—or even your state—is familiar with servicing or maintaining. Our goal is to make sure you have equipment that is reliable, easy to maintain, and supported by qualified service professionals in your area.
As a multi-generational builder, we have been fortunate to build our business largely through word of mouth and the relationships we have developed with our clients, suppliers, and other builders over the years. Because of that, we have never had to rely heavily on traditional advertising to generate business.
At the same time, we recognize that the way people find and choose businesses has changed. A photo for an Instagram post or a quick 30-second video may seem insignificant compared to a traditional newspaper advertisement.
We cherish and respect the input and experience of every generation within our company. There is a lot of wisdom behind the mindset of, “If it’s not broke, don’t fix it.” However, when it comes to improving our online presence, we believe there is an opportunity to preserve what has always worked for us while also adapting to the way people discover businesses today.
In a perfect world it take 3 months. However, in reality it takes 6 months from the time we get the permits and ARB approval.
Why do we not include permitting and ARB approval into that timeline?.. I am so glad you asked! We have had ARBs take 6months- a year because they didn't like the plants the homeowner wanted to plant after the project is finished. No that had nothing todo with us and the pool build. But they want to make sure everything is right at the vary beginning.
Here are a few examples of things that can affect the timeline of your pool project. These are not the only possibilities, but they help illustrate why some delays are simply outside of our control.
These are just a few examples. There are many things that can affect a construction schedule, and not all of them are within our control.
We understand that you are excited to see your project completed, and we are just as eager to get it finished. However, construction is a process, and unexpected delays can happen. We will always do our best to keep your project moving, communicate with you when something changes, and complete the work properly rather than rushing through it and compromising the quality or integrity of your pool.
Our minimum for a new pool build starts around $60,000.00. We build every pool custom and the sky and your bank account is the limit on how much a new pool build will cost. Feel free to call us for a free quote at 843-783-6811.
Easy, we don't ask for them. We ask if we can use you are a referral. But a review, nah, if you want to we love it but the referral means more to us.
